The route also visits the impressive archaeological site of Baelo Claudia, one of the best-preserved Roman towns on the Iberian Peninsula. There you explore the forum, Roman theatre, fish-salting factories and old commercial streets, discovering how Romans lived and the importance of tuna and garum to the local economy. The adventure also leads to unusual places such as the anthropomorphic tombs of Betis, the spectacular Valdevaqueros dune, famous for wind and water sports, the traditional village of Facinas and the Sanctuary of Nuestra Señora de la Luz.
