The route takes you to Plaza Nueva, the heart of the town, with an impressive viewpoint overlooking the surrounding area and offering beautiful sunsets. The challenges take place at emblematic locations such as Calle Enmedio, a characteristic narrow medieval street; the City Gate, once an entrance to the medieval town; the site of the former Moorish castle; the Church of Santa María; and the flower-filled Plaza del Parterre. You will also discover local legends such as Mariquita la Posá and the story claiming that Walt Disney had family origins in Mojácar.
